I went shopping on Sunday for work clothes. Kind of not fun since I’d rather buy other clothes. Anyways, I went to the interview yesterday in Scottsdale to a magazine company. I met with Claire who I have been talking with through e-mail since January. I did not expect her to be that young (probably 25 or 26?) and looked like a barbie doll. I first explained to her that she has to look at me when she talks so I can understand her and from there we understood each other perfectly. She explained what she was looking for in a PR intern – someone to go to fashion parties to meet models and celebs and take pictures and pass out the company’s cards. I would LOVE to do that!! haha if Ugly Betty can do it then I can. Haha! But seriously, that does not work out for me because R.I.T requires that I do a full-time paid Internship and going to parties is not full-time. She was nice enough to tell me she would contact the art department upstairs and see if they could throw together an Internship for me. She contacted me later last night and said they don’t need an Intern and she really loved my website and meeting with me so told me to contact her after I’m done with Internship. Now I’m in touch with three other magazine companies….so we’ll see what happens!

Yesterday I got gas on my way home after the Interview and I found myself watching TV at the pump station, which is a new thing because I have never seen that before. A good way to keep us entertained while pumping our gas and groaning over how much it’s going to cost us.
