Today was the first time I’ve ever witnessed someone being fired. My co-worker informed me this morning to not be surprised if things change soon with another co-worker on our marketing team. I guess he was warned a while back but thought nothing of it but today he was fired. It was awkward seeing him pack up his stuff. I sort of feel bad for him since he just had a newborn and his wife doesn’t work….but that’s his fault.

I got gas for $1.99 today!!! and a total of $25 dollars for about a full tank. there’s only one safeway near my apartment that has a gas station and my family shops at safeway so I guess all the reward points added up from us plus my family since we use the same phone number when we buy things from Safeway. I never have been so excited over cheap gas before.

Update on the liquid diet: Aunt Flo paid a visit this week so I didn’t do it, but this Monday I will start! :)
