To own is better than to rent!

Phoenix’s priciest apartment – Grigio.  $4,000 to $6,500 a month which includes commanding the workers to do anything for you. bring a hamburger up for you, dry cleaning, open a wine bottle for you before you arrive home from work, you name it. So obviously this place is good for busy people who are never home but what’s the point of renting an expensive place that you rarely use?

I actually want a small cozy house that I can make it my own by adding my personal touch to it. I can’t wait to actually own a house someday and make it mine ours. :-P

    I rent and have since college – three years and counting. I completely want to own my own place but there are so many other aspects to consider. I can kiss shopping trips, expensive shoes and dinner outings goodbye because I’d have to fix things around the house instead. So, I’m going to stick out renting until July then the BF and I will look at our situation and decide what to do.
