deck out the halls‘ from domino magazine

I love this idea!  Too bad I didn’t see this before we received cards.  But definitely there’s always next year to do this.

It was a very bad idea to do errands last night with all these people doing their last minute christmas shopping and SLOW drivers! I’m glad Tyler was with me to keep me sane.

Today I’ve got to finish making cookies to bring over to my parents’ and put frosting on with my sister since that’s our tradition because we still leave cookies & milk for santa.  As always, we’re having crab & shrimp casserole and apricot salad! Yum!

Our little escape at the resort was awesome & very relaxing! We went to the bar and ran into a co-worker of mine. We received a free cocktail drink since we had a ‘free coupon’ that came with our room. We relaxed outside by the fire which was really nice and warm! The next morning after we checked out we went and had breakfast at La Grande Orange. It was nice to be able to escape from reality just for a night.

Tomorrow we are going to my parents’ for Christmas and we’ll be staying 2 nights then on Friday we’re going with Jason & Kim to Flagstaff! We’re so excited to see snow and it’s amazing how we can just drive 2 hours and be in a place where there’s a lot of snow!!

I love giving gifts… and can’t wait to give on Christmas!

Happy Holidays & Merry Christmas!!

Star Ornaments by Paper Boat Press

I am in love with these star ornaments! I really need to stop browsing and shopping online.

I can’t believe Christmas is only two days away!

Tyler and I made the decision to return my iMac because I feel guilty for having two computers. I don’t really need an iMac right now… I can wait until next year after we pay off a lot of our credit cards & loans. Now that I am returning it… I need to deep clean & organize my folders and save as much as I can on CDs. I feel better now!
