Gym is My New Addiction

I feel good! I lost 5 pounds last week and I am hoping for a greater weight loss this week. Tyler and I went to Costco and bought a lot of healthy food including enough of grilled chicken to last us for a month.

We went to the gym tonight… and I’m on my way to getting “addicted” to the gym. I’m finally feeling all the desire and motivation to lose weight the same way I did a few years ago.

I’ve also learned how to think twice before eating something which really helps me figure out if I really need to eat it or not.

I’m looking forward to this. . .
