Getting Off the Couch

Our futon/couch is falling apart. Soon enough we’ll be sitting on the floor on the mattress. This means we need to buy a new couch but it won’t be until after we buy a house this summer. As they say, “Get off the couch” to exercise and lose weight… I guess it’s a good thing it’s falling apart.

Tonight for dinner we made tortilla pizzas…

- 99% Fat Free Tortilla (120 calories)
- Prego Spaghetti Sauce (20 calories)
- Low Sodium Mozzarella cheese (50 calories)
- 100% Pineapple Tidbits (20 calories)
Total: 210 calories

We need to go grocery shopping this weekend to stock our fridge and make it colorful with veggies & fruits! I’ve lost some pounds this week. I know I forgot to update my weight chart page and I will this week.

    How do you measure calories? If I could do that, it would be a lot easier for me to watch what I eat..

    I follow the nutrition label on the products and measure. It’s a pain in the ass but it makes me want to eat less so less work measuring. ;)
