Slimfast & Grilled Chicken Diet

Friday night I dragged Tyler along with me to Blockbuster to get my hands on Twilight and poor hubby was the only guy in line. He felt better when he saw some guys secretly waiting in their cars until midnight. We stayed up and watched the movie… of course the book is always better!
Saturday we went hiking and it was almost 90 degrees! I was already on my 3rd water bottle in 20 minutes. At one point I felt dizzy so we stopped for a bit until I was ready to go again. We both enjoyed ourselves and I think we’ll be hiking more often now.
I tried waking up early this morning to go work out and I woke up at 5AM with a bad headache. This week I am back on the Slimfast diet for lunch only. Dinner will be either grilled chicken salad or grilled chicken with veggies every night this week. I will be going to the gym every day this week after work starting today. Amy told me I need to cut back on my Diet Coke addiction. I’ve agreed I’ll cut back on my daily intake to 2-3 a day this week. We’ll see how I do this week.











answer the question posted in your picture! don’t just eat the same thing all week long. that will make you want to crave for different food, and you’ll end up binging on something sweet. cook two meals over the weekend then rotate between those two dishes throughout the week. that’s what I’m doing now. :)
