		<description>Yeah, I agree that variety in your food is good too. You can do chicken every night, sure, but like brown rice (the kind that cooks for at least 20 minutes, not the instant one -- bad) with some spices for additional flavor, steamed veggies ( I just bought some tonight haha ), and so on.

Also.. how many diet coke did you use to drink.. I&#039;m scared to know :P</description>

		<description>answer the question posted in your picture! don&#039;t just eat the same thing all week long. that will make you want to crave for different food, and you&#039;ll end up binging on something sweet. cook two meals over the weekend then rotate between those two dishes throughout the week. that&#039;s what I&#039;m doing now. :)</description>
