Trust me, I know it's hard on your own. I've struggled my whole life. But I think it's like any addiction. Once you're ready to make a difference, you will and you'll need lots of support along the way! Just believe in yourself. You can do it! Another thing that works is setting goals for every 10 pounds you lose. I’ve heard that Jillian’s workout video is really good.
