Addicted to Decorating

College Dorm 2005-2006

I LOVE decorating!! In college, I’d change my room around SO many times. I feel bad for my roommate freshman year – she was annoyed every time I wanted to move the furniture around. She’d leave the room and not come back until it was done. I think decorating a dorm room is sooo much fun and simple since it’s a small room with endless ideas. I even hung up jeans on the wall in my old college apartment.

Sometimes it’s hard to decorate now that I’m married because Hubby doesn’t want hot pink decorations. I’m glad he doesn’t have a problem with me wanting to decorate or rearrange things. I’m trying my hardest to be patience and not do anything else with our apartment until we move this summer. I saw these cute polka dots & damask toss pillows at Target! I’m hoping some day I’ll give in and buy them.

I can only dream. . . bookmark these cute stuff on websites and add to my “want” list.

You seriously need to check out Overstock and sign up to get their emails. They have crazy good deals frequently!

Also, you would get along so well with Eric. He is the mover/decorator. I have good intentions, but I just never get around to mustering up the motivation to just do something!

I am the exact same way! Rearranging furniture has always been a therapy for me. I thought to myself …”If I can’t change certain things in my life, at least I can have control over how my room looks!”

I always rearrange my furniture too! I even draw out diagrams… LOL
