that is blessing to hear what the victim’s lawyer had to say. after today, there’s no need to look back anymore as things will be taken care of and time will heal your nightmares!

What a nightmare! I am so very glad this is all past you now, and you can move forward knowing that they don’t hold this against you. That was so kind of their lawyer. Boo for grouchy judges.

I’m sorry it didn’t go exactly as planned. Hopefully the insurance company will settle quickly. I’m glad there’s no jail time, though!

I am so glad that you didn’t have to go to jail! Thank god for insurance. Time to look forward- plan a trip, do more projects around the house, etc. Stay strong, love you girl!

I had you in my thoughts all day yesterday. I’m sorry that things didn’t go as smoothly as planned but now you can move on. I know how traumatizing everything has been and will be for a while but today is the first day you can start to move on from it.

Even though it’s hard to move on, being done with the trail and knowing its outcome probably makes it a little easier. I am so glad that you didn’t have to face any harsher consequences and avoided joil and I am with everyone else: Thank god for insurance!

Ugh, how horrible for you! I can only imagine how difficult this is for you. I would be a wreck!

My husband crashed our tree into a barn. We had no insurance (wasn’t required in NH where we lived), so I’ve been there, it sucks!

This is such a nightmare, but I’m so glad that your life gets to stay normal instead of going the other way. You are a wonderful, caring person & I can’t even imagine how terribly this must have effected you. You’re in my thoughts!

Man, I’m sorry the judge was being all crazy and is forcing you and your mom to pay up front/make monthly payments. But I’m so glad you avoided jail time (yikes! So scary!) and it’s so great the victims’ lawyer came up and told you the victims don’t hold a grudge against you. You must be SO relieved this whole ordeal is over and you can now move on with your life. I hope now that there’s closure on the case you won’t have any more nightmares. xoxo

It’s kind of ridiculous how the judge acted given that there was an agreement in place by the two sides but Judges have that power. Hopefully this really is over for you!

Sounds like the worst is over – such a relief! You’re one of the best people I know and I’m so glad you can breathe a little easier now.
