Baby Fever?

Sunday, September 7th, 2008

Tyler and I went to Office Max and 30 minutes went by with cutting, cutting, & more cutting. We realized we were nowhere near done so Tyler asked them how much it would be if they cut it for us and $14!!! Good deal and saved us a lot of time! After that I went and got my hair highlighted. The usual. I’m done with messing up my hair. :P

My sister had a project to do for school. She had to make a baby to care for all week. Flour with a baby outfit & a little ball as the head with a baby cap on. My dad added golf balls to the feet and we had to sew the head to the body and sew the pacifier to the head. She’s lucky she only has to do this. Back in middle school, I had to carry a baby that was programmed to cry at different times throughout the day and in the middle of the night. I had to wear a bracelet that had a key on it.  To stop the crying, I had to put the key in the back of the baby and keep it turned in until it stops crying. It was exhausting because I couldn’t have someone babysit because of the bracelet. That weekend I happened to have a lot of plans. A friend wanted me to help her look for a homecoming dress so I had to carry the baby around the mall, and to the high school football game, and a family dinner where my grandpa got really upset over it!

Lauren was carrying the baby so I decided to stuff a pillow up my shirt to look pregnant. I teased mom telling her to save me the baby outfit that Lauren’s using for her baby because we may need it next year.

When we got home, Tyler and I took the garbage out and one apartment on the first floor’s windows were open so we could see through and we saw a guy looking at porn. I told Tyler we should yell “OH MY!!!!!!” and run off but we didn’t, hahaha!

Oh..did I mention how much I love rubber cement!?

Hi to whoever is reading my blog

Friday, August 1st, 2008

Wow, I didn’t know a lot of people read my blog (webcounter), but unfortunately not a lot of people comment. Please leave a comment sometimes so I know you stopped by.

Here’s a preview of the apartment…a teaser, I know. Sorry!

The pool from our apartment balcony.

Of course…Tyler hurts himself everyday. Splinter today!

I need to work on my tan…Tyler’s already tan enough.

Tonight Tyler and I did errands but did not get everything we need – would rather get them from IKEA. Tyler, of course, hurt himself everyday. Splinter then later this evening we were carrying stuff up to our apartment. Tyler was carrying a box with our new vacuum inside with a box of water on top of that and jammed his foot on the sidewalk. So typical & nothing new!

Fire Hydrant = Not Good News

Wednesday, July 30th, 2008

We both were wrong – we get our paychecks tomorrow not today. Tyler loves jumping over things whenever we go places. We went to the store tonight and I walked around the fence to get inside and Tyler just jumped right over and had an ego about it. He shouldn’t have because he jinxed himself literally. The next store we go to he decides to jump over a fire hydrant and I see the whole thing in slow motion kind of expecting it but didn’t say anything. He missed and hurt his nuts. Poor him but I was laughing at him because he learned his damn lesson now. His leg is swollen from the accident that did not need to happen! I told Tyler I should take a picture of that fire hydrant so we can press charges if we cannot have babies in the future, hahaha!
