Should I try for The Biggest Loser?

I recently decided to do WeightWatchers Online. I find it extremely helpful knowing I can do this for life. It has helped me in the past and unfortunately I didn’t stick to it. This better and WILL be the last time.

I am in love with The Biggest Loser and it is so inspiring! Lately I’ve been thinking about going to the casting call in Phoenix on March 7th. I think it’d be better to audition with a teammate rather than myself because they pick teams. I know they’re open to individuals too but I think it’d be nice to go with someone.

Anyone in Phoenix interested to go with me? Tyler’s not fat so he can’t go on the show with me. I know someone at work that might be interested but I can’t just bluntly ask this person. It’s like telling them that they need to go on the show.

I’m going to TRY and wake up at 6AM to work out before going to work and I highly doubt I will get out of bed to do so….which means I’ll have to go after work. I think morning work outs are best.

I’m wide awake now and feeling much better after of sleeping for hours and hours since Thursday. I wish I had the energy to clean, organize and organize! My sweet darling hubby cleaned half of the apartment and he is now cleaning the guest room.

I need to get back to the gym as soon as I feel better. My goal is to go 5 days a week. I wish I could afford a budybugg. The Biggest Loser is now casting for Season 8, it’d be so much fun to go on the show and I’d love Jillian to be my trainer! I can only dream and pretend Jillian’s on my shoulder telling me what to do. If I did this a few summers ago, then I know I can do it this time.

Other than the diet, I started taking One A Day. I believe I need to lead a better healthy life especially when I’m getting married soon and will want to start a family someday. I just watched the first episode of The Biggest Loser and it’s my favorite show because it is always so inspiring in every aspect of being healthy – exercising, eating better, being educated on your body, etc.

I’m crashing early tonight because I kept falling asleep at work today.
