Everyday I drive by Camelback Mountain and it’s such a beautiful view that I can never get tired of. This morning was the first time I couldn’t see Camelback Mountain! It’s always an exciting day for Phoenix whenever it rains!

On Sunday, we went to Phoenix First Church because my parents and grandmas asked us to go with them to see “Star of Wonder” and wow, Tyler and I really enjoyed the performance with angels flying over the audience and the decorations and set were unbelievable!

I’ve been watching Christmas movies on Lifetime….I’m a sucker for those kind of things to get in the Christmas mood! I really need to get started on Christmas shopping..hopefully tomorrow night after work since tonight is Tyler’s company holiday dinner. Speaking of holiday dinners, I can’t believe GoDaddy spent $2 million dollars on theirs recently here in Phoenix!

Yesterday was a wonderful Friday! Tyler and I went to the social security office and OMG, there were SO many people there but then the security guard informed us that to change my name we were to go next door and luckily there were NO ONE there so we were in and out quickly! We then made a quick trip to the car shop to get my car’s (Zella) oil changed and that only took 15 minutes. They usually have some bad news to tell me about Zella but this time they didn’t…whew! I didn’t want that especially with Christmas coming up.

Yesterday was very relaxing…I made peanut blossoms and we watched two movies, Wanted & Fred Claus. Wanted is an amazing movie…I usually don’t like action movies but this was definitely a good movie with creative scenes! Mom and I talked briefly on pager…she “forgot” to invite us to dinner and grandma took them out for chinese food! my very favorite food and my mom “forgot” to invite us!!

On Black Friday Tyler convinced me that we needed a new TV. Do we really? No but the fact that it was an OMG deal! I’m weak like that… I tried saying the word NO firmly and I guess he knows me very well.

Once we got home with the new TV, he convinced me that we should rearrange the living room and get rid of our TV stand. I gave in and let him do what he wanted but made sure he left room for our Christmas tree!

I love my new ornaments! Stripes & polka dots…so me!

Come on over for hot chocolate!

Flatware Mittens to Power Outage!

I am in love with these mittens!! I absolutely love Christmas decorations! We’re going to wait until after the wedding to go insane on decorations as it’s our first Christmas together and for many years to come!

I honestly don’t know what I’m going to do after the wedding & Christmas. I’m not in school anymore… I won’t be busy planning anything. It’ll be definitely weird!

Work has been really slow for the past two days and today I was watching Matt’s vlogs. I miss that boy!! We had a lot of classes together and would talk about random things during class or plot how to leave class early without the professor noticing. His vlogs made me laugh! While watching one vlog the power went out at work. I’m grateful that I wasn’t working on a project when it happened unlike some others.

Bed is calling for me….. real early. I’m really exhausted!!
