For some reason I’m not creative this year for Halloween… last year I was an iPod advertisement. Crystal had a Halloween party last night and I went as a girl? because I failed at being Anna Nicole Smith. Tyler went as Jackie Moon (Semi Pro) and he looked hilarious! He also won for best costume of the night!

Today we were supposed to go to a BBQ / pool party but we both thought Tyler was going to get off work early so I decided to do errands and wait for him to arrive so we could go together. He didn’t get home until 7P and was exhausted from working all day since 6A so we didn’t go. I wish I knew when he’d finish so I could have gone myself earlier.

I am such in a good mood! One thing Tyler and I LOVE doing is shopping for candles & wallflower plugs. Our apartment now smells soooo good. Now I can say it feels like Fall now…amazing how a specific smell can put you in a good mood!

I’m finally getting things done for the wedding. I need to find beautiful thank you cards because we are receiving gifts. I seriously love coming home after work and seeing a package waiting for us in the kitchen. We recently received dinner plates and we were soo excited because we’ve been living off our mismatched college plates and having to run the dishwasher a lot since we don’t have a lot of kitchen stuff.

I have not decided yet what I’ll be for Halloween this year. My last Halloween as a single woman. One thing I love about Halloween is answering the door and giving kids candy, but it sucks living in an apartment because not a lot of kids go trick or treating at apartments. Hurry up November, I’m ready to decorate for Christmas. That reminds me… I need to start my list because I always forget in December.

I bought new work pants yesterday and put them on this morning and as soon as I was ready to leave I felt something on my leg and looked down. The alarm tag was on! I was annoyed and started trying to break it off and didn’t care of I got stained. I broke off some of it but not the entire thing and sure enough it looks like I murdered someone with all that stain on my hands. Good thing my pants are black…and I’m leaving the rest for Ty to get it off!

It’s definitely not hot here anymore in Phoenix. Everyone now drives with their windows down and I absolutely love it. It’s been SO long since I’ve been in Phoenix in October. Although I have to admit I miss the leaves and the look of “Fall” I don’t get that look/feeling until I see pumpkins and fake leaves around them inside the grocery stores.Christmas is my favorite Holiday and Ty and I are going to host a Christmas party and I can’t wait already! haha
